Lego USB drive
Until now I have successfully avoided the lures of USB flash drives with a combination of a 5lb notebook and broadband however my resolve is decaying rapidly as I gaze upon the beauty that is Lego brick enclosed USB flash drive.
Inherent in Legos is the act of stacking them together. Therefore why not legofy an USB hub? Using some conducting bricks one could then connect USB devices by stacking Legos. To take it one step further, with some clever controller work it should be possible for all drives connected in such manner to act as one. Imagine ad-hoc distributed storage 3 year olds could build. This would really make all those cheesy IT metaphors come full circle.
Some link following reveals there is even a whole blog dedicated to Lego USB drives. Deservingly so!
